Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation, attending, or participating in any dining experience at El Taller de Billy Sazón, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
El Taller de Billy Sazón is a fine-dining restaurant offering an intimate, chef-led twelve (12) course tasting menu inspired by modernist Costa Rican cuisine. Each experience is designed for a limited number of guests and may include exclusive beverage pairings.
2. Reservations

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total experience value is required within twenty-four (24) business hours of booking confirmation.
Reservations not secured within this time frame will be automatically canceled without further notice.
3. Service Hours and Duration
Scheduled service times are as follows:
Wednesday: 7:00 p.m.
Thursday to Saturday: 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 p.m.
The dining experience has an approximate duration of two (2) to two and a half (2.5) hours. There is no expedited service. Late arrivals may affect the progression and overall quality of the experience.
4. Children Policy
Attendance by children under twelve (12) years of age is permitted exclusively for private events with a minimum of ten (10) guests.
For regular dining experiences, only children aged twelve (12) years and older are permitted, and only for services scheduled after 5:30 p.m.
5. Pricing
The twelve (12) course tasting menu with wine pairing is offered at a fixed price per person. Guests are responsible for reviewing the most current pricing information available on our official website.
6. Allergies and Dietary Preferences
All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of reservation.
We do not offer vegan or ketogenic menus. Vegetarian adaptations may be available, provided there are no mushroom restrictions. While care is taken in preparation, trace amounts of gluten may be present.
7. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to deny entry or discontinue service to any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful toward other guests or staff.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
El Taller de Billy Sazón shall not be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to health emergencies or government-mandated closures, reservations may be rescheduled within a period of up to twelve (12) months, subject to availability.
