Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a payment equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total experience value is required within twenty-four (24) business hours of booking confirmation.
Reservations not secured within this period will be automatically released and deemed canceled without further notice.
2. Modifications and Rescheduling
Requests for changes made fewer than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled experience will incur a fee equivalent to fifteen percent (15%) of the total value.
A second modification request will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%).
Rescheduling or transferring the experience is permitted within a period of up to one (1) year from the original reservation date, subject to availability.
No modifications, rescheduling, or transfers will be accepted on the day of the experience.
3. Refund Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, public health restrictions, or extreme weather conditions, the experience may be rescheduled at no additional cost within twelve (12) months from the original date.
