"This was an incredible gastronomic experience. I was impressed with Sazon’s ability to incorporate European and Asian techniques with traditional Central American ingredients. The wine and beverage pairings enhanced the flavour of every course. My favourite part of the evening was discussing the creation and execution of each dish with the chef. I learned a lot tonight about Costa Rican cuisine and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an intimate, informative, and unique dining experience."
