What we do

We are not a traditional restaurant, nor do we serve Costa Rican Creole food, the experience we offer is the deconstruction of some Costa Rican dishes in order to achieve their evolution through avant-garde techniques and modern cuisine, behind each dish there is great research work where seeks to achieve the greatest harmony of its elements to achieve a perfect balance in each dish, all through a seasonal tasting menu where the diner has the opportunity to taste various meal times with different pairings carefully chosen by the Sommelier, part of the gastronomic experience is to be able to observe the plating of each dish in a unique open kitchen in Costa Rica, the entire menu is authored by the chef and we try to use different techniques for the execution of each dish, throughout the evening you will have the possibility to interact with the Chef.
